FAQs

Do you help with permits? Yes. We prepare and package the drawings required by your Municipal/District Assembly and coordinate signatures/stamps as applicable. Can you work from abroad with me? Absolutely—Zoom design reviews, e-signing, and coordinated site updates. What about structural safety? We provide structural calculations & drawings matched to soil and span conditions, coordinated with the architectural design. Can you redesign a plan I already have? Yes—send the files (PDF/CAD). We’ll assess code/plot fit and advise changes. Do you provide BOQ and contractor selection? On request. We can issue a tender pack, compare bids, and advise award.
